Phys. inventory journal with lot tracking

I have a problem with Phys. inventory with item tracking by lots journal like this:

1.I run calculate inventory report
2.On phys. inventory journal i have one line(items which have some lots) let say calculated qty=150 and phys. journal qty=120
3.I'm going to item->item tracking line, putting qty

The problem is when user mixed the lots,
instead using LOT: A they use LOT: B.

How can I specify for every LOT how much qty i have?

You will need to modify the Phys. Inv. Journal so that it can calculate the items in inventory by location, bins (if applicable) and lot numbers…
