How to restore db in NAV 2013 R2?

Hi Mohana,

I have read in your forum that we can restore thena 2013 r db using thefollowng commad in powershell.

New-NAVDatabase -FilePath <DatabaseBAKfile> -DatabaseName <MyNavDatabase> -DatabaseInstance <DatabaseInstance> DatabaseServer <DatabaseServer> ServiceAccount <ServiceAccount>

can you explain this with some example so that it will be more clea.
