[FI-2013R2] after setup install help server too

So I started setup.exe of NAV 2013 R2 (Dutch version) and selected the DEVELOPER option
Please note that after this you don't have help in the client. You need to go back and install the "help server" too...
Got this info from the still existing help file "C:..\71\RoleTailored Client\cside.chm".
