Cannot able to create a New Query in Nav 2013 R2 ?

Hi,
when i am trying to create a new query in NAV 2013 R2 then getting Error Message.
But i can able to create tables and codeunit and pages ,
Note :: Data Base have a Developer License .

I get the same error with our dev license. I'll see if I can get it updated and let you know.

In NAV 2013 R2 Have a New License Key .So we have to download New License.
Now my problem is solved.
