Right now I have documents, like purchase order acknowledgements from my vendor, that I would like to tie in to my actual purchase order. can we upload this pdf file to that or no? I don't want to use sharepoint. I understand I can put the file in a folder on a network drive, then add a URL/link to it, but it seems tedious as I would have to have all my users name the PDF accordingly so there isn't overlap, and come up with a naming convention. How else is everyone solving this problem?
