NAV 2009 interaction mail - body=MS Word, attachement=PDF?

Dear Mibuso Crowd,
So I'm analyzing sending email with MS Word attachement - Contact Card -> Create Interatction - choose interaction template with MS Word atachement -> send by clicking 'Finish'
The objects run are mainly codeunits 5054, 5052, 5051.
I'm looking for a way to add a PDF to the email created with MS Word body via standard Interaction functionality. Has anyone tried it and would be so kind to help out?
