Adjust an accrued vacation balance [Solved]

We have an employee who quit. We paid out their vacation accrued. They have now returned. I am trying to process their payroll but they had an ending balance in their accruals for benefits (Sick and Vacation) of -0.0036.
Is there any way to adjust that back to zero to start them again now? I tried to do a payroll journal entry to correct before doing payroll but I am limited to two decimal places (Which is I'm sure why they were left with this small negative balance to begin with.)
Thanks!

Just wanted to update that we found a solution. Using object designer we were able to alter the decimal points allowed long enough to make the adjustment needed then changed it back. Seems to have worked.0
