Silly clue: using a second FlowField which show description, based on the one you've created, using a calculation formula's table filter like "Entry No.=FIELD(YourFlowfield)".

It looked like it worked, but I depends on the form or page it is used on. It needs a calcfields(); in onafterrecord.
So +1 for first suggestion but can it be done in 1 field?
