Navision 2009 License granul question

In which Granule does codeunit 5431 belong

Customer has basic manufacturing in license but cant use it properly as they dont have rights for codeunit 5431.

Also I cant find the full list of granules in partnersouce or voice.
I can make changes on custom ID ranges and order new ones but could use a list of the base object and granules.

Any help?
