Item Tracking LOT No. issue

Hi,

We are facing a scenario as below in NAV 2009 SP1 ,

1. Create a transfer order with item tracking LOT number card option all fields checked except Lot No. Info must exist for inbound and outbound and Lot warehouse tracking.

2. Some times when the user ship the item and define lot number for ship
3. when the user tries to receive the item it says you must define the Lot Number ( Although the lot number was already assigned at time of shipment)

Have any one faced the same problem? any ideas please?

    Hi Mammo,

    I don't understand. Ship=outbound, Receive=inbound. A series of transactions where you do both would leave the company's premises, so the system won't know what lot no it is to receive.

    Please note I am talking here about a transfer order from one location to an other location within the same company. It gives me error "Base Quantity to receive must be 0".
