NAV 2013 Domain Functional Level required

Hi all,
for a single-server installation of NAV 2013 what's the domain functional level required? simply Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 is required?

For a 3-tier installation instead is necessary the functional level Windows 2008, correct?

If you are using SharePoint NAV Portal Framework you need to raise it. Otherwise you don't.

Thanks a lot ara3n,
the installation is for a little production environment, only 8 users, so the deployment will be on a single server and the domain/forest functional level is Windows 2003.
In the meanwhile the internal IT staff is planning the deployment of a new domain controller Windows Srv 2012, but the priority now is on the deployment of erp solution.
