Convert NAV 2013 to NAV 2013 R2 Permission Problem

Hello,
i converted my Database from Version 2013 to R2. Everything works fine. But when i try to open the RTC Client, i get the Error Meesage: CREATE_TABLE permission denied in Database [MyDatabase].
I have with my Windows Account "Super Permissions" in NAV and SQL Server. In NAV 2013 i had no Problems.
Can anybody help me.

Does this account have the correct permissions in SQL?
