First Post Strange Problem

Hi Guys first Post and its a strange 1,
I have 1 user that is trying to post a picking list from sales order screen. as soon as he presses posting > picking list the screen flashes and flickers a little like the screen is constantly refreshing.
we are using business solutions Axapta 3.0 I think its SP3 with a remote desktop connection.
