There are various ways to find out where what is used, but with each of them you need a developer license.
Some tools:
1. IDYN's Object Manager - a NAV based tool you have to buy
2. Static Prism - at the moment a preview version freely available
But it can also be as simple as exporting all NAV objects in text format and search for Form 5850 (or maybe only 5850). Myself I am working with Team Foundation Server where I have for each NAV objects a text file. These are replicated to a local folder on my machine and here I can apply Windows search to do this search. Quick and easy.
