Nav 2009 Segmentation

Nav 2009 R2, we have created a Segment consisting of mailing groups, now we want to apply an interaction template to this segment so that all the contacts have an interaction against them, but then in 3 months time apply a different interaction template, is this possible, if so - how?

This can be done in several ways:

You could have set a checkmark in "Create follow-up segment" when logging the first segment. Then simple change the date and Interaction Template Code of the new Segment.

You could also create a new segment, and click Functions -> Segment -> Re-use Segment. Then pick any of the logged segment, and the contacts will be inserted in the new segment.

Both of the above solutions will find the exact same contacts as in the original segment, but I guess you would like to re-use the same criteria and find the contacts that now fulfills the criteria?

Then you should simple use the Functions -> Segment -> Save Criteria & Re-Use Criteria functions.
