Send XMLport between different companies

Hi experts,
I'm looking for a solution about my problem. The company needs to syncronize different tables between differents companies, it's possible that the companies are in separated databases. The data must been changed in destiny company because it's similar that Intercompany.
The solution in http://mibuso.com/blogs/ara3n/2009/01/2 ... companies/ it's fine but I need to send and receive XMLports with this tables.
Can anyone help me on how to send and receive XMLPorts?
