Report request page does not show for specific ID

Hello,
I have an issue in Nav 2009. I have the same report twice: for one ID I get the request page prompted when running it, for the other ID the request page does not show. I deleted the metadata, I restarted the service, the same problem. I assigned the "problem ID" to another report with a request page and I get the same behaviour.
Can anybody throw a hint of what else I should do?
