NAV Development Enviroment

Hi expert,
I cannot open the database from the NAV Development Environment in the client machine.
Below is what I have installed so far.
Computer A: NAV Server, SQL server are installed and domain has been added to the inbound rule since it is also used as the hosting machine for the web client. TCP is IP address.
Computer B: The client can connect to the RTC, but after the NAV Development Environment is installed in Computer B, when the database is opened, the server name is blank and I cannot find the database.
I checked the SQL server setting in Computer A and remote access has been configured.

We can manually enter Server Name..

It doesn't work. I also tried to install the SQL server in Computer B. I can see the server name of computer A under the database engine in computer B, but I cannot see the server name under the database engine from computer A from the SQL Managment Studio. After I login from the SQL Management Studio of computer B, there is an error: Eror 26 error locating Server/Instance Specified. Please advise! Thank you!
