Indented Dataitem in NAV 2013 Reports

I have imported certain customized reports from NAV R2 to NAV 7. Some of those reports have been successfully accepted by NAV 7 in terms of layouts in Visual Studio. But in rest of the reports the alignment in Visual Studio has gone for a toss.
Specifically for reports that have indented Dataitems. TextBoxes mentioned in the section of Indented DataItems DO NOT appear in the VS layout.
Is there a method to it?
Any help is more than welcome.

The section designer in NAV is completely different from Visual Studio, so you need to plan and design the best approach to laying out the report using the strengths and weaknesses of Visual Studio. If it is a long report, you can take advantages of some of the new viewing features, plus you can add drill downs, etc.
