Hi all,
We are sending order confirmations from our system. When sending it, it uses the default email account linked to user profile.
What we would like is to send emails from 1 central email account, where all users have access to.
So when a customer replies to an email will appear in all mailboxes of the users having access on this account.
Does anyone know if this is possible in NAV?
