urgently solve this proplem if possible

Hi guys i have problem if any one can help me in that my dynamic nav 2009 r2
when you open or run or design some tables in dynamic nav 2009r2 it give me error message "you don't have permission to read table xx" although my license allow to me to open this tables i have client license.I take backup .fbk then put it in another computer it open and run and read every thing or tables
can any one told me why this problem happen and how i solve
In sql 2005 tables open and modified and read no problems

You have to check your user roles and related permissions (Tools -> Security -> Windows Login and the button "Roles"), probably you miss reading and/or execution rights on the tables you tried to open.

I don't have windows login
my user's work by sql login
also my useres in sql login have all permission and in dynamic it take roll supper
and it work when i put in another server
and this message show to me when i open these tables from object designer(run or design)

So you use database login when accessing to object designer: what role and related permission do you have in Tools -> Security -> Database Login for your user?
