Own plugin for ADCS connection instead of VT100 plug-in

Hi everybody,
I want create graphic handheld application for warehouse. Our current solution working via VT100 plug-in as telnet. I have XML message from communication between ADCS and VT100 plug-in and for it I created graphics application for handheld. But I don't know how is possible connect ADCS with my application (.NET C#) without VT100 Plug-in. I need receive and send original XML of ADCS.
So maybe TCP protocol and some encryption, don't know. ](*,)
Some idea, sample, information?
