Menu map for Navision 3.70 to 4.0

For someone experienced with the 3.X versions, learning the 4.0 menu can be time consuming, since some forms and reports have been positioned in very unusual places.

Has anyone developed a map or cheat sheet that indicates where forms and reports have been positioned on the 4.0 menu?
