Run a Codeunit from 'Run'

Do you know if there is a way to run a codeunit from windows 'Run'?
I know that it works for pages if you write: "dynamicsnav:////runpage?page=48005030&mode=edit" without the quotes
and run it, but I tried that for a codeunit and it doesn't work...
Any ideas?

I am asking as on NAV 2013 you can do this also with codeunits: Creating and Running Hyperlinks.
