XML Parser Return the Following Fatal error

Dear Friend's
I am trying to Import some xml files using an xml port on a periodic basis, for this i take the directory structure into the File Record and then on processing one file that file will be deleted... till that its working fine when it picks the next record, i get the above mentioned error, has any one have any clue... to fix this... the error point is at the XML import.
