Dear All,
Accidentally from one of the users, the database was converted from Navision 5 to Navision 2009 R2.
Any way to find who converted the database?

Have a look at this thread
Convert back Navision SQL database option version.
. But it's not an official way to do things.
No support using PM or e-mail - Please use this forum.

But that post does not describe anything about how to track the user who converted the database.
