SAVEAS PDF not always available

I have cloned Customer Statements to create a new version with many more columns on the detail. The users have noticed that the PRINT, PRINT LAYOUT, PAGE SETUP and more importantly the SAVE AS PDF are not always available when doing print preview. If customer has no activity then all icons show fine, if the customer has more than a page then all icons show fine. If the customers has just a few entries, less than a page then NONE of the icons are available and the print cannot be saved to a PDF. I have removed any IF Currentreport.Preview code from the classic side. Is there a property on the visual studio side that is causing the issue. I cannot find any other reports or document reports print less than a page and have this problem.

Issue Resolved. Found a hidden IF CurrReport.PREVIEW in one of the data items. I removed it and SAVE to PDF works in all cases.
