NAV/Navision Classic Client
Hi,
My question is why the salesperson can modify the sales order after Approval.
If you have any way to stop this, please let me know
Regards

The system is flexible enough (for good or bad) to allow you to change some fields. However, it will not allow you to change the quantity or amount unless someone reopens the order. Cheers!

To restrict modification add some validations on the fields which you do not want to modify, or add code in the onmodify trigger.
