payments action container not visible (page 255) [solved]

Hello,
while implementing the SEPA-functionality, I've been facing a weird problem: The payments-action container with all the actions (Suggest Customer Debits, Customer Debit Paymentfile, Suggest Customer Payments, Customer Payment File, Suggestion Report, Void Paymentfile, Payment Avis, Payment Ledger Entries), while been implemented in the code of page 255 (cash receipt Journal), is not shown. They are even not shown in the customize this page window.
In the Classic Client, the corresponding Menubutton is visible.
Comparing the database with other ones, I saw that in some cases it is shown, in other ones not, but at the moment I don't see where to set this up.
Any Idea?
