Navision forms needs to open maximized: HOW?

Everytime, I click on a form in my NAV window, it appears in a restored window. I want it to be opened maximized. How can this be done.
I am using NAV 2009 Classic.

When I use classic, if I press the Full Screen icon in the top right of the form, then from then on all my forms are maximized. Many users seem to prefer to work in this "full screen" mode.
However it's just a icon you press, I'm not aware of any code.
There is a MaximizedOnOpen property on forms.
