NAV 2013 Stuck Filters

Hi All

I have a user (NAV 2013 build 35026), who has filters on customer list (filters: salesperson). The filter by Salesperson code doesn't seem to go away. I remove the filter, close NAV, when I come back the filters are still there.

I tried deleting the personalization file, I also deleted the entries from Page Data Personalization, User Metadata, but the filters are still there.

I uninstalled and re-installed NAV, filters are still there.

Any pointers what I could do next?

Thanks!

Manjinder

Is the filter in a code on the page ?
Look into the OnOpenPage trigger for the page you are using.

Are you opening from a filtered record ?
Are you opening from a role center that has RunPageView property set ?

    Thanks for the reply thgunzo

There is no custom code for filters. I am not using any profile currently. Yes, Customer list is a filtered list by Salesperson code. If I remove the filters, exit out of NAV, come back in the filters are there again!

manjinder: I think maybe he was asking what is the path you are using to open the Customer List. Are you opening from another page? From the "My Customers" list? through some action? or by simply opening "Customers" through the Departments navigation.
