Require Company wise icon for single Database RTC 2013

Dear All,

How to create multiple desktop icons for the single database in NAV 2013?

Example :

If i have 2 company in same database, i want to have 2 icons in my desktop for the same user.

I have tried with "ClientUserSettings.config" but i am not able to solve my problem.

Please anyone help me on this.
