extreme cpu usage of landsteinar data director

hi everybody. I am using navision 3.60 with SQL.when i check the task manager the cpu usage most of the time is very high. I can't understand why this happens.when i stop data director service and i start again the cpu levels become normal for a few hours and then become extremely high. I using an HP ML350 with software raid
if someone has seen this problem please tell me how can i fix it thanks
