Where to find VS2010 express components for download?

Hello,
This article (link below) describes how to use VS2010 express for editing reports in Dynamics NAV 2013. however when following the download links from this page, I can only find an "install" link for "Visual Web Developer 2010 Express", not a "download" link. The link to the "Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Shell (Integrated) Redistributable Package" download, seems to be broken... I have tried to search the internet, but without any luck. Does anyone know where to download these Components?

I have been looking for Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Shell (Integrated) Redistributable Package for days now. All thanks to your sky drive link, I am finally able to design reports in NAV 2013.
It worked
