What error do you get if you print directly to PDF, from Request Page?

    please help,

after installation of NAV 2015 to my computer, where I had NAV 2013 R2 and NAV 2013 installations, I cannot run any report in NAV 2013 R2

    error message:
    Microsoft Dynamics NAV

An error occurred when loading the Report Print Preview window: The definition of the report '' is invalid.
    OK
    see attachement

on other machines, NAV 2013 R2 reports are running fine, I tried on machine where NAV services are running and on colleague's machine.

    please, can anyone help?

I'm getting a very similar error in a warehouse environment. Every now and then, despatch notes stop printing with the error
Rendering output for the report failed and the following error occurred: The definition of the report '' is invalid.

This is happening on NAV 2013 version 7.0.38484.0. Re-starting the service resolves the problem but as it stops the warehouse every time it happens I'd really like a better solve.

I notice that in the event log there are references to vbc.exe crashing when this fails.
Faulting application name: vbc.exe, version: 12.0.20806.33440, time stamp: 0x520045ad
Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.3.9600.17278, time stamp: 0x53eebd22

I suspect that upgrading to NAV 2015 would help, but would really like it if someone could confirm this...

in my case, reinstalling/repair of NAV 2013 helped
but I did it twice, first reinstall did not help

Hi All, have anybody been able to find a resolution for this issue?
I am also getting the error on random reports at random times. There are no event log events to correspond. We have tried re-installing NAV 2013 R2 Client to latest CU version, server and all clients.
We have re-installed all printer drivers.
Have not yet received issues on Windows 10 machines, only windows 7 but not on all windows 7 machines.
Suspect could be .net framework related but have tried re-installing and re-enabling.

    Error does not occur constantly.

    Any ideas. Please
