Import XMLreport Data with different Data Source Name

Hi,
I have a XML Document which Data I want to import in NAV. At first I've created a XSD File for this XML document. The problem I have is that the maximum Data Source length of an Attribute in the XMLport is 30 signs. One of the Attributes of the Data Source Captions of the XMLpost is > 30 signs. Is it necessary that the XMLport Data Source has the name caption as is in the XML document itself? I know that it is possible to create an individuall xml import with DOM, but this would be not an alternative in my case.
