Using ocx for sending automatic email in Windows 7

Hi,

Our customer is using Navision 5.0 and updated their workstations from Windows XP -> Windows 7(64bit) and they are not able to send automatic emails from Navision anymore.
.ocx(smtp) file is used for sending automatic emails from Navision though their mail server. Oxc file is referred in one of the NAV report in global variables.

Any idea how to get the automatic email sending working on Windows 7(64bit) by using .ocx file? I have checked that .ocx file etc should be in place under correct folder in their work station.

Any help appreciated.

i suggest to use MS smtp dll file provided. You can downgrade the CU 400

The resolution was pretty simple for this case -> ocx file had to register in work stations.
