NAV 2009 AND EXCHANGE 2010

Guys,
we recently upgraded our mailboxes to the the cloud,office 365 hence change from exchange 2007 to 2010.
However, now our emails are not working. users getting the following error. and we changed the settings in the SMTP mail setup table to reflect the new exchange server.
