Cannot Sync Single user

Hi,
I changed some roles to a WINDOWS LOGIN user Tools>Security>Windows Login

I am trying to synch ONLY this user (say userA) but the menu is disabled. I ahave checked the Database Security Model too, which is Enhanced.

Please Guide.

    You need to select the user (the line must be blue).

    BTW: why are you using enhanced security model? With standard security model you can avoid that problem. All my customers are on standard security model without problems.
