How do you handle progress billing in NAV

Hi!

I am working on a NAV implem with a Real Estate Development company. Now, i would like to ask how do you do land acquisition in NAV and how do you link it to all the costs incurred during it's development (eg., land development cost, transfer and segregation of titles, construction of houses/units, progress billing for contractors, payment of necessary Gov't permits, etc.)
