NAV 2013 feature pack 1 download

Hello experts,
I just download NAV 2013 feature pack 1 from PartnerSource. I downloaded the W1 version, the US (NA) version, and the NO (Norwegian) version. W1 and NO both contain objects modified in feature pack 1 and stamped with modified date 05.15.2013, but the US version contains no objects modified later than 09.07.2013. So it appears that the US version of NAV 2013 feature pack 1 doesn't contain any objects modified in feature pack 1. Does anybody know if this is correct?

If you are not planning on using Azure, Feature Pack 1 does not add much value. But if you have clients running in Azure FP1 is a must.
