How to retrieve 'Permission Range' tabledata through SQL Server ?

"Permission Range" is a
C/SIDE virtual table
and therefore not stored in the (SQL) Database.
Why do you need that information there?

Where does Permission Range tabel (NAV Virtual Table) Store its data when Database is in SQL Server ?

The information is stored in your license file (.flf). And there's no way to read that information other than through the NAV virtual table available to you.
Why do you need that information outside of NAV? What do you want to do?
