Is Visual Studio 2010 must for NAV 2013?

Hi all,

I want to configure certificated for doing database authentication in NAV 2013. For this we need to use the Visual Studio Command Prompt for creating certificates.

So is it necessary to install the Visual Studio 2010 in the server machine where NAV 2013 is installed.
