How to get Visual Studio for NAV 2013

Visual Studio 2010 (not EXPRESS) is needed to edit and design new reports in Dynamics NAV 2013 - Development Enviroment.
I cant find Visual Studio 2010 for Downloading from Microsoft.
How to do?

Yes I have tried ClausL method. But I Think that is old information. Because I beeing redirected to Visual Studio 2012.
And I have tried 2012 but it dont work.
So how to success?

You can download visual studio 2010 from here...

...it does work, just make sure you also install the shell integrated redistributable package as per ClausL's article.

I had missed Visual Studio Shell 2010 (Integrated).
Now it works fine with EXPRESS-version.
