Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 Upgrades and navision

Hello Forum,
Does any one have any experience with upgrading windows 2003 (running a Navision Database Server) to Service Pack1 ?
I know it's on the "List of applications that passed the application compatibility tests" of the "Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 application compatibility" page... but none the less
