Item analysis by dimension

Hello,
I am using NAV2009 R2.
I buy item A for 10.00.
Then on other invoice i add some Charge (Item) for 1.00.
In Item analysis report i have column that show me Cost (Acctual), Colum Type: Balance at Date.
This column should show me my Inventory Value.
But NAV gives me item value 10.00 without Charges.
Maybe i am wrong but i think i should see value 11.00.
Or maybe NAV Item analysis by dimension and analysis report show only Direct Cost?
