Dynamics NAV 2009 R2 Classic Client opens fine, but RTC freezes there when I run NAV2009 R2 RTC.
I got the following error message in Even Viewer:
The program Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe version 6.0.33572.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

I tried to reinstall NAV2009R2, but it was still same.
