Design tool in report

Hi expert. Since we are going to migrate to NAV2013, I don't know what design tool it is using when creating reports since currently everything is page design. Do we have to purchase the extra tool in NAV in order to design and program report? Your advice is greatly appreciated.

The design tool is visual studio. You can download and use express version. There is a blog on how to enable it to work with NAV.

Thank you experts. I read the blog and downloaded the two files. I first installed the vsintsheel.exe, and then installed the express 2010, but have an error:
sql server express 2008 r2 service pack 2 is compatible with microsoft sql server express 2005
