Assign Serial/Lot Number in Advance

Is it possible to assign a serial numbers for the item qty at the time the production order is created? This way, when the production order is complete, NAV keeps the same serial numbers for the qty and updates the item ledger entries accordingly.

You will need to call the Assign Serial No. function when the production order is created.
