Problem with permissions in NAV - RTC Client

Hello everyone,

I am truing to manage permissions in NAV and I faced the following problem:

The warehouse user should have permissions to see items, items by location and to post item journal.
I setup all the NAV permissions related to this activitites.
What I noticed is that the user cannot open any page placed in the Tasks in the departments (including item journal which is his main activitiy). :cry:
So, the user cannot open any task in NAV. The system is not showing any error but it doesn't open the pages eather.
When the user is tring to open customer card or vendor card for example the system is showing error about permissions.
But when he tries to open item journal for example there isn't any error appearing, only the page couldn't be started. :(

The interesting thing is that when the same user with same permissions acces the same database throuhg the classic client there isn't problem to open the item journal, but from the RTC... :cry:

Can anybody help on this problem?.

    Hi Meri

    After setting up permissions for user, have you synchronized yet? If not, try to synchronize.
